Slayy Academy Refund Policy

Slayy Academy allows for 100% refund of the amount paid if the refund request is raised within 14 days of the first purchase.
When you visit the Site, you can browse without submitting any personal information about yourself. We will, however, receive and store some non-personally identifiable information about your visit, as described below. In order to participate in certain functionalities, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information is information that can identify you, including, for example your name or email address. It will always be your choice, or the choice of anyone acting for you, to provide personally identifiable information.

IT MUST BE NOTED, THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE MODE OF PAYMENT USED FOR PAYING THE FEES, THE REFUND SHALL ALWAYS BE MADE TO A BANK ACCOUNT (AS PER THE DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER) THROUGH NEFT/IMPS/RTGS OR SUCH OTHER FACILITY AS DEEMED FIT BY INTERVIEWBIT. WE MAY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD.

We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.
If you are in the refund window and you’d like to opt for a refund, please follow the following steps:
  • Step 1 – Shoot an email to support@slayyacademy.in with your registration details. Please use your registered email to send the email.
  • Step 2 – Post your email, and our team will verify within 1 business working day if you were within the refund period or not according to policy.
  • Step 3 – If your request was within the refund period, we will reply to your mail with a form to fill out. In parallel, our team will reach out to you within 2 business days to connect with you and understand in detail your concern and if there is any way we can help.
  • Step 4 – Post the call, if you still decide to proceed with the refund, we will initiate your refund from the finance team.  Refunds take 7-9 business working days to reflect in your account. Note that the loan cancellation is done via an external company that you took a loan from. While we try our best to stick to timelines, their process might be slower than expected, which we unfortunately cannot control.
